Payments and refunds
1) How can I pay?
We use 3rd party 2checkout.com as our partner for payments. Through 2checkout.com you can
pay with your credit card or use your PayPal account.
2) I am not happy with my purchase, what about a refund?
A request for a refund must be done within 14 days after you
have received your products. To begin you must send back the
product to us. The product must be unused = quality like new.
After that we will refund you payment.
Shipping costs are not refunded, only the product(s) price(s).

3) Fabrication error
If you product have a fabrication error we will replace it
with a new. Before we can send you a new product you must
return it to us. All etxra shipping costs will be paid by
CharlesPiano.com.
